Stuck between who you were and who you're becoming?

You're not lost. You're in transition. And that's exactly where I work.

Who this is for

Reflective academics and professionals navigating career transition, cultural adaptation, or the deeper questions of identity and belonging that come with being between worlds.

“Depth and sunshine”

My Story

After a decade in academic research, I made my own exit. No roadmap. No one who truly understood. Just years of sitting with the uncertainty until, slowly, something shifted.

I know the guilt. The identity crisis. The 'but I've invested so much' paralysis. I also know what it takes to rebuild.

"Can naturally and effortlessly create a nurturing space for others to think…A soothing presence, beautiful, limitless curiosity, and an inquisitive mind."

- Dorota Crowther, Training Specialist,
SCL Education Group

What makes my coaching different

My PhD in philosophy and a decade researching implicit bias didn't just give me credentials — they gave me a way of seeing.

I help you:

  • See the patterns in your thinking and behaviour

  • Question the assumptions keeping you stuck

  • Understand the emotional undercurrents driving your decisions

  • Reconnect with what truly matters, beneath the layers of 'should'

Dry stone wall

“ She is able to hold a safe space for me to feel contained as a coachee - compassionate, gentle and yet able to generate questions which have led me to far deeper insight and possibilities for myself than I could have imagined alone. Our time together never feels like 'work', and yet it is on reflection that I realise how much work we have done!”

— Kathryn, Senior Executive, NHS

“ I feel so much more in control and trusting of my intuition now and notice when things start to feel like they are spiralling.”

- Rebecca Blackstone, Senior Manager, NHS

“Working through these blockers with Chloe has been eye opening. It's helped me gain clarity and awareness to have real tangible actions that I can take to help move me forward.”

— Mel, coachee

"I found all my sessions very useful and delivered outcomes I had not envisaged before the session.”

— Jordan Weaver, Manager, NHS

“What stood out most was how patient she was, yet she kept things moving forward, so I always felt a sense of progress and achievement after each session.”

— Dorota Crowther, Training Specialist, SCL Education Group

“Chloë's ability to bring out the best in me.”

— Holly Tarquini, Creative Producer

What to expect

Less like sessions. More like a space to breathe and think clearly. You'll leave with energy, clarity, and tangible steps — not just insight, but momentum.
