Leaving academia or a prestigious career path. More than just a career decision, this can involve a crisis of identity. Whether you're weighing options, in the thick of it, or rebuilding your career, I can guide you through.
Cultural adaptation. Having lived in 6 countries and made the transition from city life to a tiny rural community, I understand the subtle erosion of self that comes with not quite belonging. Whether relocating, returning home, or navigating cultural differences at work, I understand the challenges.
Finding clarity when you can't name the problem. You just know something isn't right. You feel stuck, unfulfilled, or pulled in too many directions. I can help you untangle the complexity and identify what actually matters to you.
